Information for classes

Course content, Outcome for participants


The sessions are one and half to two- hours long and include health and safety in
the kitchen, knife skills and different methods of cooking and baking.
The classes are planned according to the level, age and ability of the student and
are planned to give confidence and independence an important life skill and a great
start of a professional pathway in hospitality.
In this program the young adults/adults will be able to gain
confidence, independence, and get involved with their family day to
day.


The "one on one" cooking lessons will improve their motoric, social, numeracy and
literacy skills.
At those lessons they will learn how to read, understand, and follow a recipe, explore
spices, herbs and different ingredients. Cooking from different cuisines all around
the world.


What is included in the cost : The cost includes all the ingredients ,recipes, one
and half to two hours class and equipment. The students take all the food they
make home. We are currently in the process of building a new kitchen that will be
also wheelchair accessible to give more students this great opportunity !
